$210 night / first two people

$15.00 per additional person, per day.

*Holidays include: Veteran's Day weekend, Thanksgiving weekend, Winter Holdays Dec 17 - Jan 1, Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend.

Winter- September 25 through May 14


Weekends- $185 night / first two people


Weekdays- $145 night / first two people

Sorry, No Pets or Smoking

Payment:

Visa and MasterCard.

Checks, if your stay is two or more weeks away.

If your reservation is made more than 30 days in advance you may reserve the
cabin with 50% of your total bill.

If your reservation is made less than 30 days in advance, full payment is due.

Damage Deposit:

We require a $200 damage deposit. Once our housekeeping has assured us that the
cabin is in good condition, we will return the damage deposit in full.

Release From Liability:

Registered guests, and all persons accompanying registered guests, hereby accept
responsibility for their personal property and safety and irrevocably release
and hold harmless Cedar Cabin on the Creek and it's owners from any liability
whatsoever arising from loss, damage, or personal injury of any severity due to
theft or accident while on the premises or in the vicinity of rented lodging.

Cancellations & Refunds:

A cancellation made 30 days ahead of time will be accepted with a 10% administration
fee.

A cancellation made less than 30 days before your stay will not be refunded
unless we can re-rent the cabin. However, the 10% administration fee will still
apply.

No refunds for adverse road or weather conditions or power outages.
